Sharon English

Sharon graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 1995, and initially worked with companion animals and horses before switching to purely small animal roles, where she developed a passion for cats. She completed a certificate-level CPD course in feline medicine in 2016, and has a special interest in quality improvement and workplace culture.

She worked in practice for over 26 years before joining VetPartners as a veterinary regulatory advisor in 2022.

She lives in Yorkshire with her husband and their rescue cat, Gertrude, and enjoys spending time with her children and their pets, walking in the countryside and growing and preserving fruit and veg.
